- JPJosway PelonOct 12, 20251.0Came in without an appointments cause last time I made an appointment I was told by the technician to clean the charging port just come in and will take care of it no appointment needed .To begin we didnt even get acknowledge by three employees chatting together we approach one of them and explain what we need done and she told us I have no walk ins you guys need an appointment this store needs to get their act together we don’t live in the area so it’s not easy to be coming back and forth till they decide what’s the procedures to follow either make an appointment or just walk in.
