The associate assigned to help me never built any rapport and didn’t even clean my trade-in phone before appraising it. My online trade-in estimate was $400 higher than what they offered in-store. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told “all Apple stores are the same” - which is clearly not true. The final offer of ~$100 for an iPhone 15 Pro Max was insulting. When I declined the trade and decided to leave, the associate just handed me my new iPhone 17 pro max with the closing remark “if I could I would” …. Completely unprofessional from start to finish. I’ll never return to this location and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
