  Stephanie AND Tracy store leads (not even store managers) very rude and unhelpful. No stars. Apple should employ people who want to help their customer not be rude and dismissive. Weird vibes. Just call Apple support if you need help. The store doesn’t even need workers to run. The employees are just deterring people from going to the store. I hope Stephanie and Tracy get better manager training. Tracy hung up on me over the phone when I asked her to offer me solutions for my iPhone loaner. Tracy and Stephanie only offered me 2 days of extension past the 14 day window but the agreement says, “ 3. Extended Return Date. If you have a circumstance that prevents you from picking up your repaired Customer Phone on or before the Return Date, you may submit a request to Apple for an extension of five (5) days beyond the standard fourteen (14) day return period. You may submit a request for the extension by contacting Apple at the location where the Loaner Phone was provided. Upon approval of the five (5) day extension, the extended date will become your Return Date for purposes of these terms, and you will be required to return the Loaner Phone by that extended Return Date. All of the terms set forth in this agreement will apply to that extended Return Date.” They said if I don’t return my phone by Saturday, I will forfeit my phone under repair by them and have to pay for loaner phone. I don’t understand the resistance Apple support was able to help me tremendously. Update: Luis manager/lead was very helpful and was able to accommodate my loaner return/repair pick up with no issues. I felt bullied by Stephanie and Tracy. Please hire people who are willing to help and not hang up on their customers

  Just went in to get an apple pencil. Someone took my name and then I stood there 20 minutes before leaving to buy it at Target.

  Technician "E" was extremely helpful and helped me setup my new iphone after locking it out. Would come back again if i ever need anything else.

  Never come her there a scam. Came in looking for the ipad A16 Jacob showed me it and the price was different which i brought up to him, he said they gotta fix there system cause the price it said on the iPad was different then the one they where charging. Then they brought out a iPad air and charge me for it. Which came out more expensive and when i tried buying the keyboard it made me get the wrong one. This is my first and last time buying apple products

  Nick and Michael were great, super cool people. I had a great experience with them. They didn’t ask me to do this, i just had a great experience purchasing a new macbook pro
