Bought phones and a service plan. Sales rep and Verizon manager apparently tried, but the phones were not the color, issues with the order and had to be rewritten, process was a nightmare, promises were not kept, follow through was horrible and left me holding an empty bag, then had to get everything fixed by the Mgr at Verizon in Dixon. If you want an expert on plans see the Mgr in Dixon! There is one dude at the Dixon store that is very insecure and needs to be trained; skinny dude! You'll know who the manager is, he always has a pack of gum :)

Vacaville location is super slow especially geek squad. I have walked in and out of there three times with no help. Employees have no sense of urgency and lack the understanding that customers have lives

I came in for a dash cam. Staff were helpful in showing me my options. Then, we went to the install bay to see what their schedule looked like. I was so lucky there was a cancellation this morning!! Jack and John said they could install immediately, and it would take 1.5-2 hrs. They did it in less than 1.5 and did a perfect job, esp considering they needed to remove the dash cam that was already installed (and not working).
New dash cam works great and Jack gave me a concise rundown of how the new dash cam was working. They gave me the old cam and wire kit and did their best to remove the really aggressive glue from my old dash cam. I super appreciate the instant service. It was wired in perfectly. Thank you guys 👌
