  Went in was greeted quickly and warmly… I explained I wanted to upgrade phones and look at my bill to see if there was a way to lower it. I was with the employee for maybe a min and she told me that I’d need to pay my current phone off before she would help me any further. I explained that I saw a promotion recently that I wouldn’t have to pay my phone off. She said that wasn’t the case and she couldn’t help me. I left . I will never go back. I went onto the app and was able to get the promotion I saw instantly, I would rather do all this in person but the very next day Verizon called me about the phone in my cart, a very nice guy named James was able to help me upgrade 4 four phones.

  I've had home Internet at my house for three years in San Clemente. My box broke and they told me that they no longer serviced my area and that I was out of luck. Well, make a long story short. It was because the reps have not been Educated. They needed to replace my box rather than trying to add a new line. After talking to a live human In the right department, since none of the stores could figure this out. I am still able to have my Internet. Very frustrating experience when people don't know what to do Correctly.

  Update: I did fill it out and NOTHING was fixed. I was only asked if I wanted to pay $15.99 for disney + no ads and I was never offered the $40 back. No thank you to spending twice as much on Disney + than I was before it was canceled without me even being told about it. We had to pay for an upgrade fee of $40 even though the guy helping us, said Verizon had an update with the phone we had and it messed up a lot of people's phone. Then when we got the phone, he never said he was going to cancel our disney + / hulu/ ESPN, and he did without my permission or even telling us that it was going to take it off with the "new upgrade". This is absolutely ridiculous. Im on the phone with customer service and they are very transparent. The Verizon store just wants the sale. Plus, he gave me a paper that said my bill was $279, I haven't paid that amount in years. I have been going to this Verizon for many years, now I will be finding a different store. Plus the first lady we talked to was clicking on a bunch of stuff on our account. Not authorized by us.
