I was with the employee for maybe a min and she told me that I’d need to pay my current phone off before she would help me any further. I explained that I saw a promotion recently that I wouldn’t have to pay my phone off. She said that wasn’t the case and she couldn’t help me. I left . I will never go back. I went onto the app and was able to get the promotion I saw instantly, I would rather do all this in person but the very next day Verizon called me about the phone in my cart, a very nice guy named James was able to help me upgrade 4 four phones.

Well, make a long story short. It was because the reps have not been Educated. They needed to replace my box rather than trying to add a new line. After talking to a live human In the right department, since none of the stores could figure this out. I am still able to have my Internet. Very frustrating experience when people don't know what to do Correctly.
