Of course I should have anticipated that right? You should be a bit more customer oriented — instead of trying to fake nice by politely but promptly moving on to “when can I reschedule you to?”

I guess the very beginning I started at the fremont office, but I switched to the Union City office and they’ve been amazing. I love their extended hours and full staff. They make sure my dogs are taken care of and they know their personalities and that’s great that they pay attention.. I recommend you take your animals here
