Girl with a piercing in the front desk is very unprofessional, could have been one of those days for her but you're dealing with sick animals and they sense everything!! Wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy. If you love your animals, steer clear. It was my first time making an appointment at this location but definitely my last.

Of course I should have anticipated that right? You should be a bit more customer oriented — instead of trying to fake nice by politely but promptly moving on to “when can I reschedule you to?”
