For a premium brand, this is unacceptable. I won’t be buying from Dyson again.

The technician plugged in the device and pressed the reset button a couple of times and the machine started working after a few tries. Was not clear why it was not turning on previously. They offer 30% discount if you want to swap your old device with a new one. Reducing a star due to distance from home, reduced hours of operation and long wait times.
