- EAElizabeth AdamsFeb 27, 20265.0The service technician truly went above and beyond in repairing my Dyson cordless vacuum, and I am extremely grateful for the level of care and effort provided. My only suggestion for improvement relates to the facility itself. Because the repair center operates on a first-come, first-served walk-in basis, customers can be waiting for an extended period of time. It would greatly improve the overall experience if a public restroom were available on-site!!!!

I still have my Yellow plug in vacuum from 2006? and two battery vacuums and my wife's new AirWrap curling iron. I gave one to my daughter just so I could buy a new one!!! A large deciding factor is the ability to bring it to the repair center in union city. we all know that we are hard on our products so the ability to get it repaired while you wait is AWESOME!!! Thanks Dyson(hope we see a repair center in San Jose soon!! Your Repair Team 6 stars!!

Receiving the incorrect part TWICE, the online Dyson finally referred me to an in-person service center. I had to drive 35 min but it was worth. The service rep was super helpful, quick, concise. He said “give me 10 min to test your machine” I thought, that’s great! 10 min vs hours I’ve wasted online. Buying a whole new unit was the last thing on my list today but that was the right choice and they offer 30% discount. PLUS free shipping cause it was not in stock. Easy to get to. Plenty of free parking. Large lobby/waiting area. This place rocks.

Thankful for the 2-yr warrantee on my supersonic as I made it within the last week and am glad to have the repair covered! Definitely a Dyson fan based on the dryer, fans and animal vac. Ample free parking.
