  Now I see y you guys have to 3 stars Today I went to do my exchange and there’s a one fat as Mexican store manager what he told me but he doesn’t seem to be a manager I had a very bad experience with a manager at this Best Buy location. From the beginning, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. During our interaction, he told me to “shut up,” threw my receipt, and then asked me to leave the store. I was shocked by his behavior, especially since he is a manager and is supposed to represent the company. This treatment was disrespectful, inappropriate, and completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be spoken to or treated this way. He clearly lacks basic customer service skills and does not know how to handle situations calmly or professionally. Best Buy seriously needs to address this issue, hold their management accountable, and provide proper customer service training. Experiences like this damage the company’s reputation and make customers feel unwelcome. Hiring very young, inexperienced staff who aren’t trained in basic professionalism shows a lack of concern for customer service. When hiring employees, management should consider personality, maturity, and how they interact with customers—not just availability. If corporate reviewed this location’s feedback, they’d understand why the ratings are so low. It’s disappointing that corporate doesn’t check on the store manager or properly evaluate employee behavior. Shame on the lack of oversight and accountability.

  Nicely renovated and looks really cool. Not busy at all and plenty of staff available.

  handled their Pokemon release pretty well unfortunately not enough stock which isn't the stores fault but overall a good experience

  This review is for the Geek Squad portion of this location. My husband took his functioning 1-mo old iPhone 15 in for service, as we were unable to fully perform a software update. It was returned to us in inoperable condition. We now cannot get past page 1 of the set up process. After many phone calls back and forth, BB agreed to give us a phone "of similar value" to the one they broke. Imagine our surprise/disappointment when they offered us a refurbished iPhone 11! On what planet is a used 11 comparable to a practically brand new 15? None that I know of. After more back and forth, they decided that a used 12 Pro would be an acceptable replacement. Look, we aren't asking for a 17 Pro Max, we just want to be made whole, as anyone would in our situation. Andres (mgr who helped us) said there were no other options. I'm sorry, but a 12 Pro is not a viable solution here either!
