  I love purchasing open box items and saving money and geek squad is the best. When I had a Samsung washer purchased from here I had to use geek squad to come and fix it when I moved because I forgot to tighten something during the move and it threw off the balance but they knew exactly what to do all I had to do was make the call on my warranty.

  Outstanding Customer Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough about how amazing the customer service is at the Best Buy in Union City. I came here for a repair after Apple directed me to this location since my MacBook display had crashed. I met the technician, Christian, who was extremely professional and quick in diagnosing the issue — truly impressive! After learning the repair would be quite expensive without AppleCare, I decided to explore the option of getting a new MacBook. That’s when Dre assisted me, and he was absolutely fantastic. He’s very knowledgeable about the products, patient in explaining the details, and genuinely helpful — you can tell he’s a great manager and truly deserves his position. The next day, I changed my mind about the color of the MacBook I purchased, and Dre made the exchange process completely effortless. His professionalism and positive attitude made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. While I was waiting for my laptop to be exchanged, another team member, Abdullah, offered me the chance to try on the new Meta glasses — and I was genuinely impressed! He walked me through all their features, from video recording and auto translation to their smooth performance and excellent battery life. The glasses also come in two stylish colors, sand and black, and they even offer options for people who need prescription lenses. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on these if I travel — they seem like a perfect choice for frequent travelers thanks to their smart features and convenience. Highly recommend this store — whether for repairs or new purchases, their team goes above and beyond to help their customers.

  Couldn't get anyone to help me in the 15 minutes i was there. To be fair, the sales people (laptop cpu dept) were helping other people but the store wasn't overly crowded and after browsing the products on display i just thought id follow up online to do my own research. This was a wasted trip.

  Today I received the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE in my entire existence at the Union City C.A Best Buy Store from Sales Associate EHAB. He’s in the T.V / Electronics department He is very kind , understanding and knowledgeable, he answered all of my questions with ease and conversation flowed very well.
