  I went I to the store just to inquire about getting an account started and see if they had any good deals for the holidays. They y I ung lady was very polite and gave me a rundown on the promotion that they had going. At the time. I realized that I didn't have my ID so I sent my daughter to NV get it from my house.. took forever it seemed.. she was still smiles and helping me figure out prices if I wanted have two lines and how much I need to put down and monthly payments.. she finally got back. We got the process going and then it all went down hill for me. I had some money in my bank and some cash. She gladly took them both. She gave me the Lance ofter cash paymen, I swipoed the card and boom Dec I ine!.. Tried it again. Nope. I went into the app transfered from one account to the checking nope declined. Daughter went to ATM deckined.. I'm getting frustrated but your employee not once. If she was she did a great job keeping it from me. . I kept apologizing . Anyway after about 45 minutes I called enough people to see if I could get the balance from them till I could get into the bank the next a day and got it together by the way of three people sending money to my a daughter's card.. she went to pay with her tap off the phone. No way it wasn't going to work right? WRONG 3 tries later we transferred yet again the money to a prepaid card i had. Finally it worked. This y I ng lady never got upset never showed that it was a problem. She was very very professional and said she was just glad she had people in that kept her busy till she got off at 9.. I walked in her store a little after 530 i walked out after 7ish. And she was as sweet when we walked In the door..as when I walked out . Im glad that I chose that store to goi in before any of your competitors becau se the experience would have been totally different. .. Thanks Veri,on..
