Our cat, Duke, was very sick and ultimately we had to put the poor guy to sleep yesterday. It was not a great day but the staff was so supportive and compassionate, which in that moment was priceless. Special thanks to all of you guys! As far as the clinic itself, it's top notch. I felt like it's a mini human state-of-the-art emergency room! Anyways, great place, great service, and most of all, great staff. Special thanks to the Dr on staff.

I was planning to bring my pet here but these reviews of money being more important and pet's passing away is so heartbreaking. I understand a business needs to make money but this is just wrong on so many levels. Do better! Will not be bringing my pet here for an MRI or anything else. YIKES!!

RUN from this place!!!
If you have an emergency with your little one, look elsewhere, unless you have at least a good understanding of what your pet is going through, if that’s your case this place might be helpful to you, but if you're a layman on the subject like i was… RUN….
The GPT chat was more useful than them.

If you want a vet that only cares about taking your money come here, they are flexible with quotes but DR Parachi is passive aggressive and doesn't understand the scenario somebody can be in. It was our first time having to experience a vet and our pet was bleeding from the behind and not eating so we came to a emergency but she went and stated you should just go to a normal vet not emergency in a rude tone. She dropped the quote for us, after her trying to upsell. Will not be back here.

I am so impressed by VCA in Tustin. Dr. Mcdooling was able to diagnose my dog Leroy for inflammatory bowel disease. The whole staff is so kind and I was able to schedule all of his procedures in a timely manner. They are so knowledgeable and explain treatment and diagnosis in a way that I could understand. Like any medical facility, diagnosis and treatment is pricey. I highly recommend pet insurance. I will never think twice about placing Leroy’s care into VCA. Thank you!!
