I tried to get an appointment for a couple of weeks, with no luck because, I was told, that because of the Corona Virus, you folks were not doing any installation or repair work. The installation was performed at your Tustin, CA store. Today I called to see if you were back to work. Not only could I NOT get an answer from any of your departments, The Geek Squad answering device recofding device said that the memory was full and could not take any calls. I did get an answer from the Costa Mesa store and they can't do the 3 minute repair until mid September. Seems like one hell of a way to do business.
