    Severely understaffed even through the remodel. It’s like a 3.5 - store looks nice, just lacking customer service. The lines are confusing one is check out and one is customer service - some employees told me to stand in one line and then was pushed to a different line. Waited at the front to get checked in for return for 10 minutes and it’s apparent they don’t keep a staff around. This has been over a year of coming here

    No one wants to do a return or stand in the pickup line the day before Christmas. That said, it was a completely painless endeavor due to this location's organization and enough manpower to prevent chaos. Greatly appreciated!!! Additionally, they gratefully had exactly what had been requested from Santa and it was competitively priced. Hope this brick and mortar survives!

    Customer service. Bought an Aura frame on sale advertised for 150. It scanned for 180. My cashier (a manager) dismissed my pricing concern, saying it scans how it scans. I took my purchase to the customer service line and they said I had to wait in the cashier line again, where I waited in line for the third time that day. After the manager took a look at the item along with one of the four advertised promotion signs scattered along the floor he gave me the partial refund. Didn’t even get an apology. No thanks, Best Buy, I’m heading back to Micro Center.

    I would highly recommend Nika. She is incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and she went out of her way to help me find the right gadgets—Ray-Ban camera glasses and a Ring portable home security camera. While everyone else in the store ignored me, Nika was the only one willing to assist. Thank you so much, Nika. We truly need more people like her who make Best Buy’s customer service shine.

    Worst customer service experience I have ever had with Best Buy. I ordered a laptop and a laptop chill mat on December 1, and the delivery photo clearly showed that only the chill mat was delivered. The laptop was missing, but the delivery driver marked both items as delivered. I contacted Best Buy immediately. At first, customer service told me they would send a replacement, but each replacement order was canceled within minutes without explanation. This happened multiple times. When I called again on December 4, I was told they couldn’t send a replacement and needed a police report before issuing a refund. I filed a report the same day with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office and sent the documentation to Best Buy customer service. I called again on Friday and Saturday and was told by a manager that they couldn’t ship another laptop, but I could go to the store, buy the same laptop myself, and they would match the original price from December 1 once I called back. I followed those instructions, bought the laptop from the store, and called back — only to be told by another manager that they would not match the price, would not issue a refund, and that the information I previously received was “incorrect.” So after doing everything they asked — ✔ reporting the theft ✔ providing a police report ✔ making multiple calls ✔ following the instructions of their own manager ✔ purchasing the laptop again out-of-pocket Best Buy still refused to replace the missing laptop, issue a refund, or honor the price match they promised. I have now escalated the issue through my bank because Best Buy left me with no resolution and no accountability. I have been a loyal customer for years, but this experience has completely eroded my trust. I hope Best Buy improves its policies and training so other customers do not go through what I experienced. As per Best Buy, both packages were delivered. Interesting, I see one. How many do you see?
