Very bad service Tim shouldn’t have the manager position he has he needs to first learn how to control himself and give good customer service he told me to go to the orange location to return a merchandise that I purchased at the orange location I gave him my point of view and he got upset he is not polite you guys need a better manager with better customer service and support I will not shop at this store I rather go to Costco with better return policy and better friendly staff that are very supportive and no hassle

I had a problem with an Apple MacBook from another retaler and had to return it. Problem was, I had a meeting with my faculty advisor the next day and a class presentation the day after that. Both must be done on zoom but I had NO laptop! So I came here to see if they could help me out. Immediately team members welcomed me to the store and offered to help with my problem. They offered me several solutions to my issue of needing a laptop ASAP. I ended up being able to purchase and take home a new MacBook immediately. I was out of there in about 15 minutes. And an hour later I had all my data transferred and was working on my presentation. Most importantly they saved me money over the other retailer. WOW! This is the customer service and expertise you get at an brick and mortar electronics store in your neighborhood. Could not have had this experience with Amazon!! Thank you Eric and the-guy-in-the-apple-shirt, you know who you are!

They need to enforce consistent policies regarding Pokemon cards. On a previous visit they allowed everybody in front of me to purchase 4 items each, then when it was my turn they lowered that limit to 2 each instead, to make sure more people in the line would be able to get some. I certainly want everybody to be able to get some, but they need to enforce the same limit for everybody, not change it halfway through. In the past, they have also enforced a per-household limit, so scalpers can’t use their young children as pawns to purchase 2, 3, 4, or 5x the amount they should be allowed. Today, they allowed the first few people to purchase 4 items each even though they had much less stock than in the past, and they didn’t enforce the per-household limit either, so 2 groups of scalpers were able to completely clear out their entire stock. 75% of the normal people who were trying to collect or get gifts for their kids, who were waiting there for hours, left empty-handed because of this. Please don’t cater to the scalpers!

OK, Best Buy. You should treat every customer with respect and not waste their time. I just want to make it clear to others how you treat longtime repeat customers. I went to my Best Buy account, since sometime in 2019 to now, I have spent $23,358.51 dollars at Best Buy. Look it up and prove me wrong…. That does not include household spending of which is on my Sig-Os’ account. You shipped me a damaged product, your trusted partner gave me no time to send in photographs and you hide behind social media as your “customer service.” Sorry, I forgot about the immense help your chatbot gives… Anyway, I guess this kind of garbage service works for ya, but not for me. It was nice while it lasted. Cheers

I’ve been a Best Buy customer for years, but this experience completely changed my view of the company. Best Buy hides behind confusing and inconsistently applied return policies, then stonewalls customers when issues arise. I was bounced between store staff, corporate support, and “executive resolution” with no one taking real ownership or offering a reasonable solution. Each interaction felt scripted, dismissive, and designed to exhaust the customer rather than help them. What’s most frustrating is the lack of accountability. Policies are selectively interpreted, explanations change depending on who you speak to, and once they decide to say no, meaningful conversation stops. Escalations lead nowhere. Transparency and basic customer respect are clearly not priorities. For a company of this size, the customer care experience is shockingly poor. If something goes wrong with your purchase, be prepared for a long, frustrating process with little to no resolution. I would strongly caution anyone buying higher priced items here. Once Best Buy has your money, you are largely on your own.
