    On February 20, 2026, I ordered a freezer from Best Buy (Order Number: BBY01-xxxx). The delivery was scheduled for the 23rd; when the delivery guys arrived, they called me that the product had been damaged and would need to be returned to the warehouse before a new delivery could be scheduled. Since I didn't have time to wait, I told them I wanted to cancel the order. Subsequently, a Best Buy customer service representative called me and asked me not to cancel; they proposed that I temporarily use the damaged freezer, and they would deliver a brand-new replacement a few days later. However, to this day, I haven't received any formal notification—such as a letter or email—regarding this arrangement. Today, I called Best Buy customer service to inquire why the freezer had not yet been replaced. The representative said that more than two weeks had passed, they would no longer replace the freezer for me. According to him, they had left me a voicemail regarding this matter. I have paid the price for brand-new freezer, but I have a defective product. Best Buy has my mailing address and my email address, but they don't give me any formal written notification—offering only a single voicemail instead. I hope that other customers learn from my experience and avoid falling into the trap they set, NEVER NEVER NEVER trust them, they won't keep their promises!!!

    Best buy carries a good selection of electronics to choose from. unfortunately their prices are far too high for the same item I can purchase online.

    We went looking for a TV. A sales rep named Frank came and helped us. He understood what we were looking for and our needs. Frank was very understanding and able to help us get the TV we were looking for. He was so helpful that I would highly recommend anyone going to this Best Buy ask or look for him to help you with a TV purchase or even questions.

    What a way to ruin the shopping experience: great help to select my headphones. At the time of paying, we were receive for an pathic employee. At the time of paying, the terminal asked for 4 consecutive up sells (yep, click no and continue, again and again) before being able to pay, this is annoying especially if you are in a hurry. I politely asked the cashier to communicate his manager that this is not right. He responded, I can't do that. Notice the lack of empathy or interest. When I asked why, he said that is corporate. I told him that the manager can communicate that, he just dismissed it. Two big issues here, and evidence of a cancer in Best Buy 1. A bad hire, apathetic and careless. 2. A product manager in charge of the payment experience that honestly should be removed, and it is costing millions of dollars to the company. This combination just creates a memorable bad shopping experience, not worth coming back. There are better ways, well though to do the same. But this PM is only thinking in short term quick kpms. These people are killing Best Buy. If you read this and work for BB, do something, say something. Mass job cuts start like this.
