- BBBeeDec 24, 20251.0This store always messes up something when I go in. For example, one time I pre-ordered a phone once before and they never sent me a notification letting me know it arrived. So I waited. 2 weeks after I was supposed to receive it I go in and I’m like I pre-ordered a phone, they panicked and luckily had one left of the same one I preordered left in their vault. So they gave me that one. What a joke. Well this time. I thought I’d give them one more chance. I went in to get the new iPhone 17, and the girl who helped me place my order was amazing. Super nice. Only nice associate I’ve ever dealt with there. She told me when I receive the iPhone in the mail to bring my old one back in for the trade in (they were out of stock when I initially went in). So I came back and a different girl helped me. She was super rude AND while she was helping me SHE WAS LITERALLY TEXTING ON HER PHONE WHILE SHE WAS HELPING ME. I HAD TO WAIT FOR HER TO FINISH TEXTING. I also overheard another girl be very sassy to a customer and was like “well these are your options idk what you want me to tell you” to an older gentleman. Excuse me what?! This is the WORST Verizon store I’ve EVER been to. Worst customer service. Save yourself and just go to the mall. They never fail me.
- RWRyan WoodNov 8, 20251.0I was contacted out of the blue by an employee at this store by the name of Joseph Almanza to send me a new modem for my business account. He said that the new modem would save $10 a month off my bill and I would only have to send the old modem back to get the discount. I agreed and received the new modem, but with no return label or box to send the old one back. I thougth if I just went to a Verizon store they would return it for me but that wasn't the case. When he wanted to sell me the new modem Joseph was immediately available via call and text when I reached out. When I called confused about how to return the modem he immediately brushed me off and said he was with a client. I have called, left vm's, and texted several times since and have not gotten a call back. I will be filing a complaint with Verizon.
