I waited for my turn patiently while this female worker blasted away with random conversation with the customer ahead of me. She had no sense of urgency knowing there's 4 other gues in line, 3 behind me. When my turn came up I assume she would give me the time of day like she did with the customer ahead of me. Guess what she did? After I asked about some deals she went ahead and said that she was going to deal with the next person in line real quick and then get back to me. I was furious and just walked off. Im so mad that ill be switching carriers because of this incident. Loyal customer for 8 years by the way.
