Do not buy anything/ leave until they print you out what your bill will be because it will end up coming through wrong and then you're hours on hold with cs working to fix it. Horrible.

I said this seems suspicious to me and asked if the discount required a service upgrade or other. He said "No it was because we have been loyal customers for almost 25 years." So we bought the phones and when he emailed the receipt it was for full retail, exactly what he had posted on wall display. Avoid this place. Drive a couple of miles north to a Verizon owned office. I hate being lied to! 12/15/25- Well although not mentioned on final paperwork, they contacted us and we are indeed receiving the discount promised in the form of a monthly credit. So I have increased my review to 4* because the invoice should have mentioned the "Credit" would be in the form of 36 months. I apologize for any hard feelings this may have caused.

I was driving by and I saw this Verizon store and went in. Rachel was inside, and as soon as I walked in, she fixed the problem immediately, and showed me how to do it myself if it ever happens again! She is an amazing person for being so kind, understanding my panic and helping me!! The world needs more people like Rachel in it!! Thank you so much for your help
