A supervisor later intervened and also spoke to me in a disrespectful tone. My request was solely to cancel the service, yet I was met with conduct that appeared discriminatory and lacked basic customer service standards. I have only had this service for one month, and this experience was unacceptable. I do not recommend this provider’s home internet or cellular services due to poor customer treatment.
