    Thank you to Rick for being so patient and knowledgeable helping me trouble shoot my device technical issues. I went to multiple stores and no one was able to help me and he was able to do it quickly. He also helped me upgrade my plan. I now know who to go to at all times for the best customer service

    I went to the Verizon store this morning. Ricardo helped me. He was so unhelpful, so rude, and impolite. As I was walking up to the door, he was shaking his head side to side, implying that I have come back to them with an issue. He said that he will not reactivate my phone. A chat agent yesterday had deactivated my ESIM for the 5th time. I went to customer service by phone, they couldn't help me because they had to give me a code and I only have one phone and one line with you. So I tried chat, same thing, they have to text me a code. So I had to go to the store. Ricardo greeted my by shaking his head from side to side. I confronted him about it and he said he was giving an answer to someone. There was no one in front of him or to the side of him and he was looking straight at me. RICARDO IS THE MOST IMPOLITE, UNHELPFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE representative i have ever dealt with. And he increased my bill to $130.

    I stopped by this Verizon corporate store today after purchasing a brand-new phone from another Verizon location yesterday. Unfortunately, my service kept dropping, so I came in hoping to get the issue resolved. To my disappointment, this store had some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in all my years with Verizon. The employees seemed uninterested in helping, and their only solution was to repeatedly tell me to reset my phone—which didn’t fix anything. After one of the resets, my phone ended up worse than before, and they had to give me a new eSIM card. At one point, the associate even suggested giving me a brand-new phone number, despite me clearly saying “no” multiple times. I’ve had my number for over 10 years, and I wasn’t about to give it up. In the end, I had to leave and go to another Verizon store. The second location quickly found that the eSIM card had not been properly programmed to my phone in the first place—explaining all the issues I was dealing with. It’s extremely frustrating to waste so much time and deal with such poor service, especially as a loyal Verizon customer. Things happen and mistakes are part of life, but the lack of care and professionalism at this store made the entire experience far worse than it needed to be.

    Places is a scam I traded in a phone to get $1,000 off and they never told me that I had to stay with them for 36 months to get the promotion. Then there was no reason for one phone bill to exceed the limit of $240 a month they also add additional fees without telling you. So you pay more for your phone bill. Wouldn't recommend Verizon for anybody
