- PNPhoenix NAug 7, 20241.0My experience has been bad enough to share. The staff here seemed really indifferent to Eddie. The Dr. Although kind and calm seemed to shorten Eddie's exam due to excitabilty on his part. This is typical dog behavior which should be within the scope of professional therapeutic care. The Dr declined to give Eddie a complimentary nail trim after the tech said he could receive one. Her reason was it may be a negative experience on his first visit. I was told the Dr would bring Eddie back after weighing him. He was brought back by a technician who informed me the Dr was in with another pt. I saw on fa ebook that as a new client the first visit would be free and was told at the end of the visit they would be charging me out. I showed them the Facebook post which backed up my claims. They said without a coupon they would need to charge me. I resubmitted through fb. Currently I am waiting for the coupon through an email. Eddie is now super stressed so am I. I do NOT recommend!
