  I return a tv I had bought as a gift for a family member during the holidays. My intention was to upgrade to a better model. I asked my family member to come along to help pick out a model that best suited him. The store was not busy. I was disappointed that no body offered to help . Maybe because we were at the smaller tv section or whatever the reason being. But I will point out that even though the purchase was under $300 (in the tv itself ) the sales personal should be aware that installation services and a warranty added to this purchase could of very easily been sold as well. No sale is too small in retail. Unfortunately i ended up having someone from task rabbit doing the installation. I would of prefer geek squad but opted to go else where based on the in-store experience. I traveled to this location because of my past postive experiences there. Not sure what motives individuals to perform better at work but I will say this a leader or manager's energy will reflect in their team effort in carrying out their daily duites..

  I recently (Dec. 2025) purchased a Samsung TV, stand and adapters. They were to be delivered and installed. I'm in Virginia and was buying from them for a Torrance CA address...my elderly brother. You can pick a day but the time is set for 7 am to 7 pm. They only provide an update the evening before around 9 pm. I was paying for not only delivery and installation but also training. They did not hook up all his equipment other than two items...wifi and blu-ray. They speakers were not or the Tivo. All adapters were on hand...a simple plug in. Absolutely lazy people. There was absolutely no training. My brother can barely see (legally blind) and they had been told so. He needed to understand the remote buttons. Also, I asked for them to stream You Tube from his I-Pad so he can use its enlarged text with his magnifier. They did not do it. All of this was discussed with the store's agent who assured everything would be handled. I will have to do the instruction myself remotely by telephone. We've tried but I'm blinder than him due to the distance and variations of Samsung models...I have 3 other Samsung TV's but none are the same. All training now is with verbal commands and touch. It has been four days and he still has no workable TV. Best Buy will soon follow in the footsteps of other bankrupt companies that have poor customer service. Do not buy from them. Amazon offers the same installation services. Go there and bypass Best Buy. I will never buy from them again...at any of their stores.

  I was there 3-4 minutes before closing with the employees still in the store. They were angry when I arrived. They said they closed an hour earlier at 9pm. Wasted my trip from Corona, an hour away on a Monday evening. Yelp had the hours wrong...

  Went to Best Buy only for an over the stove microwave. We were greeted by Chase and he helped us with our big purchase. We were able to bundle a deal with a new Samsung Stove and Frig. We also got the Best Buy Membership for added benefits. We are very happy with our purchase. A1 service with a smile.

  First of all before I start this review let me state that the in store associates are very nice and helpful and this was my favorite best buy location. However, the car audio department changed my mind. I paid for 4 door speakers for my car plus installation in store service for the purchase was excellent however the car audio installation department is a mess.I have a 2005 Hyundai and the installation was a plug and play other then removing the door panels. Without even looking at my car he calls me to tell me that my car has an amp and he can't do the installation (I bought the car from an auction so all prior car audio was removed except the factory deck) I explained this to Ricky and he came up with another excuse saying he didn't have the wire harness for the installation and installing the speakers has a complicated wire pattern( i never heard of needing a wire harness to install door speakers) I said you don't need a wire harness its a + and - 2 wire connection that gets wired to the 2 + and - connections in the door . Because I have some car audio knowledge he started getting fustrated and basically told me in but so many words to call corporate because he doesn't want to do the installation . Based on that entire interaction I canceled the entire purchase including returning the speakers and have decided not to shop Best Buy anymore. If u live in LA just go to the 900 block of E 11th in downtown LA and the prices are better and they install with out being rude
