I walked back and forth at this location looking for another person who would at least say hello. One person on their phone sending texts from the back, one person walked to a station near appliances and glanced at me. I went back to security where the guy directed me to the manager but also told me where I might find what I needed. Even the manager took a moment of me walking around to nod at least. I got what I needed, but we need to work on the customer service and just saying hello or "I'll be right with you" or asking if people have found what they need. Anything.

Showing us the floor models that met our specific needs and even providing us other locations that had different floor models we were interested in. Although, we have a little time before we make our new purchase. Chayse's positive personality and knowledge of the products and brands will definitely make it easy. 😊

Everything from the selection to the service made my visit stress-free and enjoyable. Definitely one of the better Best Buy locations I’ve been to — highly recommend!

On the delivery date, a third party company showed up and stated they could only deliver it and not install as previously purchased, confirmed and ordered. After 50 min on the phone on the day or delivery, they stated someone would call in a day or two. Escalated to off-shore supervisor after one hour who assured us it would be rescheduled for proper delivery on yet another date.
