I’ve shopped at Best Buy for years for business and personal needs. Purchased a TV about 40 days ago, going back to Best Buy a couple of weeks later in buying a different TV that I liked better, got a chance to come in and return my TV and soundbar, I was told that I’m outside of the return window. Tell me $179 membership. Never again will I shop at Best Buy. On my way out the manager saying you even had a holiday window. Not sure what that means but it was rude.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Best Buy regarding an AT&T activation. I was blatantly lied to by the representative about the terms of getting new phones, resulting in unexpected charges and false promises. Do not trust the sales team here when it comes to AT&T promotions. Head to AT&T direct store . These are authorized AT&T sales reps they are not direct AT&T sales reps.

Always enjoy visiting my local BB..however, few weeks ago I went to buy 2 gift cards..as I paid them..I went to the restaurant..and the envelope was empty..I called customer service..I went two times to the store with my recept in hand..and they just ignored me...I spoke to the manager Harvey..and same thing..they just look for ways to get rid off the issue. I just got tired..it was 25 dollars..but their customer service was very questionable.. Very disappointed

I’ve been a Best Buy customer for years, but this experience completely changed my view of the company. Best Buy hides behind confusing and inconsistently applied return policies, then stonewalls customers when issues arise. I was bounced between store staff, corporate support, and “executive resolution” with no one taking real ownership or offering a reasonable solution. Each interaction felt scripted, dismissive, and designed to exhaust the customer rather than help them. What’s most frustrating is the lack of accountability. Policies are selectively interpreted, explanations change depending on who you speak to, and once they decide to say no, meaningful conversation stops. Escalations lead nowhere. Transparency and basic customer respect are clearly not priorities. For a company of this size, the customer care experience is shockingly poor. If something goes wrong with your purchase, be prepared for a long, frustrating process with little to no resolution. I would strongly caution anyone buying higher priced items here. Once Best Buy has your money, you are largely on your own.
