  So 15 pro max problem that the Apple Dude could NOT fix. Told us we need to call Apple iCloud to fix. Says can't be fixed in store. We called, the tech fixed it immediately. I asked if it was that simple - why could the store do it. Her answer - - .."they can."

  I spent hundreds of dollars getting a 4-year apple care plan and they’re telling me I can’t use it to replace a broken charger wire and charging me $60-70+ to buy a new one. Apple already makes a lot of money and they can’t replace a wire they mass produce in China? What’s the whole point of buying apple care if they’re just gonna scam its customers?

  I just wanted battery replacement, but they tried to upsell me. Needing new batteries for my Airpods, the Apple website asked me some questions, then provided me a quote of $49 and directed me to which Apple stores I could go. I made an appointment at the Del Amo mall store, and a fast-talking employee there named Aracely greeted me. I asked her to confirm the battery replacement price, and the conversation quickly turned to me buying new Airpods. I managed to interrupt her and asked if she could replace my batteries or not, as the website said I could. She said no, and I walked out. This was my first (and only) visit to this store. I’ve since bought some competitive earbuds, and glad I didn’t give Apple my business, at least this time. Hopefully, it’s just this particular store with this poor service.

  I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit. I had a confirmed appointment, yet when I arrived, no one was able to assist me or even verify my appointment. I spoke with a young staff member and later with Brandon, who identified himself as a manager, but unfortunately neither was able to provide any meaningful help. Despite explaining that I had an appointment and had been waiting two days for it, I still did not receive the assistance I came for. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience after taking the time to schedule and prepare for the appointment. I hope management will look into this to prevent similar situations for future customers. The lack of help from Brandon was the most disappointing of all
