  I was talking to this young lady asking her questions when suddenly an old man came and squeezed himself in the middle of us both and the young lady (employee) continued to talk with him and ignore me and my family I stood there for a moment before i decided to go talk with someone else. Horrible customer service would not go back.

  I had such an outstanding experience at the Apple Store in Del Amo Fashion Center, and I want to specifically recognize Sejan and Donovan for their exceptional customer service, etc. From the moment I made contact with them, they were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. What truly stood out was their professionalism combined with patience. They took the time to carefully listen to my concerns, explain my options clearly, and ensure I felt completely comfortable with the solution. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Both Sejun and Donovan were incredibly knowledgeable and detail-oriented, making sure every question I had was answered thoroughly. They both went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved efficiently, all while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude. Their teamwork was seamless, and it was clear they both truly care about providing the best possible experience for Apple customers. It’s rare to encounter service that feels this personalized and genuine. Thanks to Sejan and Donovan, what could have been a frustrating situation turned into a five-star experience. I truly appreciate their dedication, professionalism, and kindness. The Torrance Apple Store is lucky to have them! Last but not least, the store is clean and well equipped with everything needed to make your experience a good one. It is a very well organized environment, filled with great staff/employees.   Today I needed to get charger for my Apple phone and this guy Zee help me out today February 15, 2026 Time: 5:37 pm. My review is base on him! He as amazing person, me on the other hand, I have no experience on phone charges but him help me choose the right one for me. He was not trying to sell me anything else, but his full attention to answer my questions was just great. Very polite, very nice, very helpful. " Apple " you have a great employee and he is a keeper. Thank you so much for helping me Zee, I told you I write a nice review about you. I hope you Apple takes care of you and may this bring you more customers to you as well.   needed to buy a new phone and adam was a dream associate tonight ! i never write reviews but he deserves one. he was friendly honest and had a wonderful personality that should be recognized.

  I had a mostly great experience when I bought my AirPods 4 here. The only reason I gave it four stars it’s cause there were some employees that did a poor effort to get my attention. One of them was on the other side of the store trying to get my attention while he was lazily leaning on the corner somewhere. The other employee was busy talking to her co-workers and randomly asked me if I needed help but she didn’t make it seem genuine While I was trying out the AirPod 4s, a real professional employee reached out to me and said if I need assistance. He was kind enough to tell me his name is Chris and he answered all the questions I had about AirPods in general. Then I bought the normal AirPods 4. So far I’m mostly satisfied with the purchase. I really appreciate Chris for making my visit worthwhile despite those other employees not seeming genuine
