  Well-stocked but not well-staffed. Waited over 15 minutes for assistance buying a fridge even after telling staff I was ready to buy. Apparently only 1 or 2 people in whole store can write up an appliance sale?

  Went to pick up tv from Amazon (you can pick up orders there) and they said come back later the system was down. I called the store's number later and the AI bot patched me to a call center said the system was up and go back for the tv. That was wrong, I went back and system was still down. I called the 800 number and they refused to give me a number to call the store directly. Pathetic communication. Do better.

  Able and James were the best!!! Broke my phone pen for my Samsung s25 and they really went above and beyond to help me. This is why best buy is my #1 spot to purchase anything that has to do with tech or phones. Thank you so much guys!

  I was scammed on the Galaxy S26 pre-order. I purchased the phone online and went to the the store to pick it up. I was offered $800 for my device online and the store offered less than $600 at the time of pick-up. The store said it was the maximum amount available on their system. They suggested me to cancel my order because there was nothing they could do. Now, there are no more pre-order offer available anywhere, and I didn't get the phone from Best Buy. I won't ever buy at Best Buy again, specially the one in Torrance.

  Back in October 2025, I had a dash camera installed in my car. In January 2026, the camera suddenly stopped working, so I took my car to the Torrance Best Buy store to have it checked. Alfred Ayala took the time to inspect everything carefully and explained that the issue was not related to the wiring or installation, but to the camera itself. He advised me to contact the manufacturer for warranty support. Unfortunately, the company was not able to help me, so I decided to purchase a new camera. Alfred was incredibly kind and helpful, he reinstalled the new camera, programmed it, and made sure everything was working perfectly. Thanks to him, I now have a dash cam in my car again. Alfred is very knowledgeable, extremely nice, and his customer service truly goes above and beyond. He really walks the extra mile to make sure customers are satisfied with the service they receive. Best Buy has a great autotech installer team at this location. There was also another young Hispanic gentleman with glasses who was very kind and helpful as well. I don’t have enough words to express how much I appreciate the help and professionalism of these guys. Thank you for such excellent service!
