  My phone is under warranty…. My mother made an appointment march 2 to get my screen repaired. $307 was paid. They told her that she only had a 90 day warranty if anything happens to the phone she just left the store this morning with my aunt and the manager, Dwight was pretty nasty to her basically telling her since she doesn’t have warranty, nothing is her fault but when she left the store March 2, she had a 90 day warranty on the phone We’re now on the phone with Apple care and they’re saying otherwise. Sending in my phone today … The first tech was Pretty rude to her as well Please do not go here

  My mother in law, who is on my AT&T account, went here to purchase a new iPhone. She was buying outright, not financing. It took 2.5 hours. The associate who helped her literally invaded my privacy, as the AT&T account owner, and changed the security level of my AT&T account WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I called the store to ask how this could happen. Despite them saying “we take privacy matters very seriously” they NEVER called me back, after saying they would. I literally tried calling this store non-stop for an hour. The phone hangs up on you somewhere between 3:40-3:50 in time. I called literally 18 times in a row. No one picked up or answered. There’s no way to leave a message. Do yourself a favor and do not go to this store. Data transfer (my MIL Phone has 50Gb) doesn’t take 2.5 hours, and doesn’t require access to my AT&T account. There was ZERO reason for the associate to access my AT&T account. That person should be fired. There is ZERO accountability from management at the store. They do not care about privacy issues. DO NOT GO HERE.

  I love Apple Del Amo! On my last visit I was treated with such care and kindness! Jolie was the technician assisting me and made replacing my phone a smooth process. She took the time to explain new phone functions and did it all with a genuine smile. Thank you Jolie!

  I was pleasantly surprised that the process was straightforward if you have a genius bar appointment. Walkups can get tricky. However, my phone was acting up and glitching to where it was non functional (stuck in the apple logo bootloop) but I want to shoutout Anthony for helping me with the entire process. He did warn that any process Apple proceeds to fix any electronic that there's a risk of data loss. It was a pretty long process (almost 2 hours) but Anthony was able to revive my phone without losing/wiping the data from the phone. He strongly advised icloud for backups and keeping sufficient storage for performance issues. This is also a convenient location as well instead of driving all the way to Manhattan Village.

  I had such an outstanding experience at the Apple Store in Del Amo Fashion Center, and I want to specifically recognize Sejan and Donovan for their exceptional customer service, etc. From the moment I made contact with them, they were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. What truly stood out was their professionalism combined with patience. They took the time to carefully listen to my concerns, explain my options clearly, and ensure I felt completely comfortable with the solution. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Both Sejun and Donovan were incredibly knowledgeable and detail-oriented, making sure every question I had was answered thoroughly. They both went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved efficiently, all while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude. Their teamwork was seamless, and it was clear they both truly care about providing the best possible experience for Apple customers. It’s rare to encounter service that feels this personalized and genuine. Thanks to Sejan and Donovan, what could have been a frustrating situation turned into a five-star experience. I truly appreciate their dedication, professionalism, and kindness. The Torrance Apple Store is lucky to have them! Last but not least, the store is clean and well equipped with everything needed to make your experience a good one. It is a very well organized environment, filled with great staff/employees. Thank you so much!
