  Let 1st start by saying every staff member that works there are amazing people. The ladies at the front are extremely helpful, and caring. Dr. Whalen is so knowledgeable and takes great care of Remy, our pitbull. He knows his field through and through and knows a lot about Remy's breed. Remy also has been seen by Dr. Hall as well, she is also amazing and very knowledgeable. Remy is loved by the staff and he likes them. I will always recommend this Veterinarian hospital. I drive 20 minutes from Camarillo to this location because of the wonderful treatment we recieve when we visit.

  I feel compelled to share Chibi’s story of how this little soul adopted me. I used to dog-sit for Chibi for a wonderful friend, but my life changed forever after I was hit by a DUI driver that changed my life forever . Following the incident, Chibi refused to leave my side, and my beautiful friend generously gave her to me. Chibi has been an incredible support and source of unconditional love during my recovery, and I want to give her the best life possible. After visiting various veterinarians, nothing compares to the exceptional care Chibi receives at VCA. The staff truly loves her, and their rapport with both pets and owners is outstanding—a special shout-out to Dr. Whalen for his compassionate and heartfelt care. I am forever grateful to VCA for their dedication to Chibi’s well-being.

  I take my cat and dog here for checkups now, but they have done everything for our bernadoodle Maggie since she was 12 weeks old (currently 1.5 years old). Staff are always friendly and doctors are thorough and informative without pressuring for unnecessary treatments which is rare in animal care these days. They even have seasonal backdrops for holiday cards we take advantage of

  We continue to receive excellent care for our aging fur child. The staff front and back plus Dr. Hall and Dr. Frier are the best. If you are looking for a caring vet you can not find better than Camino Animal Clinic. They are always as accommodating as they can be and truly take an interest in each animal they are treating. Dr. Hall has been monitoring our gal to try to allow her to age as gracefully and comfortably as possible and she is very caring and compassionate.
