Justin was just amazing. I’m a senior and he was very patient kind and very informative as he activated my phone. I’ll come in her from now on

Complete cheats. They lie to you to switch, promising low rates. Then when you get the bill it’s 40% higher. And when you call customer support they just bounce you around.

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Victra Verizon.
From the beginning, I was repeatedly given inaccurate and misleading information about pricing and billing. Despite clear verbal assurances, my bills were consistently higher than what I was quoted and agreed to. These conversations were documented in writing and through recorded calls, yet the issue was never properly addressed.
The store manager, Sergio, was involved throughout this process and was fully aware of the situation. Unfortunately, there was a continued lack of follow up, accountability, and resolution.
After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I transferred all of my accounts to T Mobile, who covered the payoff as part of the switch. I am now preparing a small claims case against Victra and escalating the matter to Verizon corporate due to what I believe are deceptive business practices.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location to anyone looking for transparency or honest billing.

It appears this store has no real management or customer flow system in place. I’ve been there three times now, and unfortunately the experience has been identical each visit.
I made the mistake of buying the $50 unlimited screen protection, and it never occurred to me that I had to return to the same store I bought it (I tried another Verizon store first)… and that using it would require waiting in the same line people stand in to buy new phones or trouble shoot their current phones. My own oversight for sure.
At this store there are two workers who may be qualified, but are not efficient. The store has no greeting, no intake process, and no organized line. You walk in and simply stand there with no acknowledgment or clarity about who’s next or how long the wait will be.
I waited 25 minutes without a single word said to me before finally walking out unhelped.
What a waste of time.

The purchase of our new phones was so smooth and seamless thanks to sales associate, Joey. We appreciated him taking time to answer our questions, find accessories, and get our new devices set up.
