    I went to Verizon with an issue of activation for a new phone that was just purchased and it started off as a rock experience. However, Sergio turned the situation around and I left the store satisfied and able to connect with family and friends!

    Below was my companies experience with Verizon Victra at the Oaks Mall After numerous attempts in person and on the phone we are posting our experience! I have not heard from Sergio regarding the remaining unauthorized exposure we have to the monthly charges that could be charged to our company if this employee leaves our business prior to the 36 month term that still shows on my account. We have been 30 year customers with Verizon and expect this to be fixed. My employee has explained to me that on January 16th after an automatic overnight software update his phone was no longer working properly. Your store employee said that they were going to take care of it and give him a free new phone all he had to do is pay the sales tax which he did. This is one of those instances where your company needs to honor its promise. Please share this note with Sergio or whoever is authorized to take care of this. Thanks again, Chris Gratton

    SAVE YOUR TIME AND DO NOT GO HERE - We chose to pickup our new phones here and they added on an extra line and I sat on hold with Verizon corporate for 3 hours trying to resolve the issue and then went into the store and sat and waited for 2-3 more hours for them to undo the problem that an employee caused (said employee was not there of course). Thankfully we caught the issue early before it became a bigger issue, but never coming back here and don't recommend coming here unless you want headaches and dishonesty that you later have to try to fix.

    Walked in, stood around for three minutes to employees were working there granted they were both helping somebody but nobody even said they would be with me in just a moment. Stood around for a little bit more still no response or even a glance so I decided to leave. Awful customer service.
