Edit: Appears that Victra Verizon dislikes in-store pickup of phones already purchased and wanted to make commission off of my purchase instead. Very underhanded and deceptive practices.

I've had a very bad experience since making this transition. Only one girl there, after two days of trying, showed up and was able to help me. The agents don't know how to transition from one provider to another, nor do they know how to communicate well with customers. There's an agent named Andy who's very grumpy, treats people terribly, and makes no effort to serve them well. This person should never be working in customer service. Please go to the Westlake store.

They were rude, unprofessional, and couldn't even get me signed into my own account, which I am the sole owner of. I was just told "oh your phone number doesn't show up as an option" do yourself a favor and go to a Verizon corporate store instead of an authorized retailer.
