Let me first start by stating that our sales guy Brandon was very helpful and information, but when it leaves his hands it all goes down hill. We spend almost $30,000 on appliances, but to find out how to prepare for those appliances was near impossible. We called everyone and everywhere and no one would give us any information on how to prepare the plumbing, electrical, or vent for the appliances so by the time the man arrived to install he couldn't get it to work. We didn't have the gas where he wanted it, we were a few inches off. We didn't have the vent exactly where they would like it, it was a few inches off. But if we were given instructions on place the gas line 15 inches from the center, we could have made that happen but we did our best guess so now we paid for installation and we have to figure it out on how to get it installed. The only instructions we received was have pathway clear and gas and electrical working.

The appliances were placed in the laundry room with all packaging removed and disposed of in less than 20 minutes (installation excluded). ★★★★ -GE 4.5 cu foot high efficiency top loading washer -GE 7.2 cu foot gas dryer with auto dry -We purchased both appliances from Best Buy to replace our washer and dryer (which were both over 20 years old). -Three months after purchase and we are happy with the appliances. There have been NO issues with either appliance. -The best features of the washer: 1. Thorough cleaning using less water than the replaced washer. 2. The sanitize wash option (great for pet stuff). -The best features of the dryer: 1. Auto dry feature. 2. More efficient and even drying (faster than old dryer).
