  From Cici to Fred to the manager Monique, this is the worst apple store with which I've encountered. I do not recommend them at all. Garbage. The perfect example of deprofessionalization and poor character, with zero respect for you or your time.

  I’m very disappointed with the service at this Apple Store. I was using my AirPods normally, and they stopped working on their own. First one AirPod stopped working, then the second one stopped connecting. I came to the store hoping they would help fix the issue or at least reconnect them to my phone. Instead, I was told I need to replace them for $138, while brand-new AirPods cost $129. This makes absolutely no sense. I was assisted by an employee named Brianna, and unfortunately, her attitude was very rude and unprofessional. She was not polite, did not communicate respectfully, and could not clearly explain what was wrong with my device or why replacement was the only option. I didn’t damage my AirPods — they stopped working by themselves. I expected proper troubleshooting and better customer service from Apple. Very unhappy with this experience

  Mahshad at the Apple Store in Thousand Oaks delivered one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. She was knowledgeable, professional, clear, and genuinely patient, never rushed, never dismissive, just truly helpful. I’m fairly tech-savvy, but there are still things I don’t know, and Mahshad met me right where I was with respect and care. She explained things simply, listened well, and made the entire experience easy and positive. Service like this is rare. Apple is fortunate to have her, she represents the brand at its very best.

  A few weeks back I was visiting the store to get an issue handled and the staff was spot on. All very mindful of how little free time I’d had and helped me understand the time needed to help me with my issue. However, the one that stood out the most was Holly who helped me with dropping off my phone for a battery replacement. She helped me through the steps needed to drop the phone. Holly told me to return anytime after a set time and everything was ready as she said. I could not be happier and I would totally come back in the future.

  Very poor customer service. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and it felt like my concerns were brushed off rather than taken seriously. I expected a much higher level of professionalism from Apple. This experience was disappointing and not what I’ve come to expect from the brand.
