Honestly, they're incompetent. I received an email saying my device was ready for pickup, I came and they told me it wasn't ready yet, that it was a system error. They had seven days to fix the stupid system and/or call me and tell me it wasn't ready yet so I wouldn't waste my time coming to the store. It takes them more than two weeks to repair a watch, even though I'm paying for AppleCare+ insurance with them, which is supposed to cover loss or theft. If it were an external insurer, I'd think that's why they couldn't repair it, but honestly, they're incompetent. One of the managers, Juan, says they can't do anything and that he's seen cases where it takes more than 21 days to repair a watch. Where the hell is the Express Replacement? It's not express at all. You're supposed to pay to avoid waiting, and yet they still have a terrible system.

Absolutely terrible service! Very disappointed with the apple store at the Oak Mall!!! We arrived but was stopped at the door and couldn’t even step a foot in. According to the security guy who stopped us, the manager doesn’t allow any customers to enter the store even though the store wasn’t going to close until one hour later. Even We tell him we don’t need to help setting up the phone, we were just going to buy a phone as a gift for family member. It’s quickly. There are still others people inside the store but he said they need to be there before 7 pm to allow to enter the store. If I still want to buy, come back another day! What is the point to treat customers who bring profits to your store like that?!!!!??? I felt like I was there to begging a favor and was treated like a homeless person not a customer?!!! That was a wasting time to drive there!!! I hope the company should look to improve your service, the manager and rude staff should be changed or you will definitely loose all the customers for other phone brands

The usual Apple Store problems. Long wait unless you have the time to schedule an appointment a day or two in advance (I need my phone for work so could not wait). What I brought my phone in for turned out to not be something broken but just poor design. I swear to God, I’m going Samsung next time. Apple’s phones just keep getting worse.

I was scheduled to pick up a phone today at 12pm at The Oaks Apple Store. I arrived at the store right on schedule, but there were no clear instructions in the store on where to go to pick up the device. I looked for signs, but I didn't find any clear ones. I saw three Apple representatives standing in the middle of the store and approached them. A blond lady with glasses and short hair; her name was Amy, and according to another store rep, she was the store manager. Amy was extremely rude and unpleasant. I approached her, saying I had an appointment at 12pm and did not know where to go. She immediately told me to go to the end of an unclear, unmarked line in a tone that was unfriendly. I had no intention of being serviced before the other customers who were already there; it wasn't clear at all that there was a line. I had my toddler with me and wanted to pick up the phone and leave, so I had scheduled the pick up instead of going and buying it directly at the store. My toddler was agitated and started crying, so I tried to calm him, as I didn't want to bother the other customers in the store. But waited in line patiently. However, when it was my turn, the representative standing there attended to another person who was not in line before me. I had to approach her and ask if she could appoint someone else to service me, as I had scheduled the appointment in advance. She asked me to wait. I waited, and when it was my turn, she said she couldn't help me and sent me to the pickup table, instructing me to stay there. Again, there were no clear instructions to begin with, and the approach was unfriendly. I went to the table, and Ms. Amy was there. Since no clear line had formed again, I asked her if there was a line this time, and where or what I should do to pick up the phone. She was short and unpleasant, said I had to wait there, and walked away. I am deeply frustrated that such a simple experience, like picking up a phone, was so unpleasant. Not one representative at the store greeted us with a smile or offered help, or at least let us know what the proper pick-up procedure was; they all condescendingly treated me. I hope this feedback helps them review the way they treat customers, and you understand that their procedures might be clear to them, but they are not always clear to us, the customers. I would not recommend this store, and it has definitely made me rethink my view of Apple as a company that cares for its customers, not just for their money.
