I had senior ferret experience end of care when I bring her to them from NYC to here 1.5yrs ago. Dr. J.O. Pavlik was very experienced and offering all cares he can for progressing to end of life care to my old girl. We are very appreciated from our heart. Now we are fostering two kittens and we absolutely chose here again. And it kept quality service and care as expected.

A tad bit disappointed with this establishment. My initial first visit was fine, didn’t agree with the Vet but that’s ok. Brought in my other pet, regular visit, again fine. I purchased two separate preventative flea medicine at the time around the end of January. Just this morning I received a bill for another round of meds. I personally didn’t sign up for auto pay or treatments and I’m a bit annoyed that I cannot get a hold of anyone to speak with. I think I’m more bothered with the fact that they ran my credit card and I didn’t agree to on going treatments. It was said, we would call or discuss when need be. So, here is my opinion on the VCA staff.

VCA Temple is an amazing facility where they really care about your pet. They treat them like family. The vets are with a lot of experience and with real genuine care for your pet. The staff and the front office are always trying to give you savings and trying to give you incentive so then you don’t have to pay so much out-of-pocket and the care is impressive. I have taken my Oreo and Ritz there and they both are under their care. I have their extended care plan which allows me to take my pets anytime and give them great care and last night was amazing because my pet had a seizure. And they were able to see my Oreo without hesitation for my dog well-being. Thank you so much. I am so appreciative that this hospital is nearby my home.
