  We are from out of town and were having health issues with our 3 y/o Bernese Mountain Dog. We searched our location and found VCA El Rancho Animal Hospital in Temecula. The on line appointment process was seamless. We arrived early and got our pup in immediately. The entire staff were amazing! Dr Siringo had an amazing bed side manner with our dog. She wouldn’t eat or drink from us. When Dr Siringo offered a treat our pup wolfed it down. She ended up eating four. Our pup is fairly shy normally with new people, not with this staff. Animals know a threat when they see it. We are overwhelmed with the level of service, care and attention given to us. We plan to relocate to California. If it ends up being in Temecula we will choose VCA. We strongly recommend this pet care health facility.

  Dr Siringo and his staff are the best. He is always very kind & gentle to our fur babies and patient with us, answering all of our questions and concerns.

  Worst experience ever! The doctor did not take the time to properly evaluate my dog. He had a tooth infection and they decided putting a muzzle on him was the best way to inspect him. Ridiculous! After the evaluation, the doctor said that he needed to be put to sleep and have the tooth removed. He quoted $1, 400. I asked if there was an alternative until I can save up the money to pay for the procedure. He told me no and that this was the only option. I asked if there were antibiotics or anything else that may help, and he said the only thing that will help will be to have the tooth removed. My whole interaction with the vet was less than 2 minutes and he refused to come back to my room to explain anything. Then I had to deal with the receptionist, the whole interaction was just negative. DO NOT BRING YOUR BELOVED PETS HERE!!!!

  The worst receptionist ever. Said, “ it sounds like your dog needs to be seen immediately an emergency however we are booked I don’t know what else to tell you” very unprofessional, very low.

  We love this team! They have always taken great care of our two dogs. You can tell that they love what they do. When additional care is necessary, they will always present the care plan clearly, with all costs associated, and answer any and all questions.
