- RYRon YoungNov 6, 20255.0We are from out of town and were having health issues with our 3 y/o Bernese Mountain Dog. We searched our location and found VCA El Rancho Animal Hospital in Temecula. The on line appointment process was seamless. We arrived early and got our pup in immediately. The entire staff were amazing! Dr Siringo had an amazing bed side manner with our dog. She wouldn’t eat or drink from us. When Dr Siringo offered a treat our pup wolfed it down. She ended up eating four. Our pup is fairly shy normally with new people, not with this staff. Animals know a threat when they see it. We are overwhelmed with the level of service, care and attention given to us. We plan to relocate to California. If it ends up being in Temecula we will choose VCA. We strongly recommend this pet care health facility.
- MSM ShulunovaApr 7, 20232.0I had a bad experience at this vet clinic. I came here on the weekend because my regular vet was closed. The vet himself was very kind but did not correctly diagnose my cat. The vet tech dropped my cat(who couldn't walk) onto the scale. When they brought her back from her tests she was drenched in alcohol from her chin to her stomach to the point where it was burning both our noses and eyes. I have never had a cat come back from bloodwork like that. They prices for the bloodwork, xrays, and medication were very high. When we went back to our regular vet they charged $500 less for the xray and were able to correctly diagnose our cat.
