I went and did a trade in with my phone here on November 30th I did an in store trade in and these unprofessional people did not put the trade in, in the system. So they charged me twice took my trade in and charged my credit card. For the trade in. So they robbed me. I called them to see what happened Said that the money was going back on my card and instead they took it. This is right before Christmas and I wasn’t able to get any gifts because this maxed out my credit card. All because someone forgot do their job! Im assuming someone stole the phone and didn’t put in the system and now I’m paying for two phones. This is the worst feeling at Christmas time when you know that you’ve done the right thing and companies steal and lie. I have yet to get this problem resolved.
