- BBBrandon B.3 days ago1.0Very slow. Appointment was set at 7 PM, and was not attended at that time. 30 minutes away from closing, nothing changed. Look online on Apple website to see other locations nearby you instead. Disappointing really.

He transferred my entire data from the old MacBook Pro in under two hours using just a cable, no extra monitor needed. Yesterday another tech took over two hours and only reached 30%, then asked for my password so he could continue just in case the transfer stop — that made me uncomfortable, so I refused and took it home. Today AJ handled it perfectly and made the whole process stress-free. Sales team was also friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this Apple Store!

I waited and didn’t get any real help until 4:40pm, and around 5:30 I was told they could have taken it at 12pm. Was there so long that my original technician clocked out. That kind of miscommunication wasted hours of my time. If I had been given accurate information from the start, I wouldn’t have spent my entire day going back and forth. Was there for so long that you could have handed me a apple shirt and let me clock in. By time my macbook was fixed I could probably sell anyone in the store on any product. Do not waste your time at this location, drive the extra distance to another store.

I was frustrated and fully prepared to turn my phone in today and regress to my old ways. My husband and I decided to give the learning class a try first before we shamefully returned the phones. In came Royace our teacher. What a kind and wonderful teacher. He taught us so much in a hour and has a gift, a true gift in teaching. Because of him, we left encouraged and so excited with what we learned and want to learn more. I wouldn’t dream of returning this phone and it is because of him and the kindness of everyone
