Opened a business account and two representative gave me things I didn’t answer for, left numbers on my old consumer account while still giving me a bill for those devices, added add-on to those devices, and just more. Been trying to get a refund for a month. Was told my refund was authorized yet it hasn’t reflected my account. These guys just scam you for your money DO NOT COME HERE. Already reported to the BBB for fraud.

I ended up paying way more for the phone I got and had to pay an extra 200$ in fees. Went to official Verizon store and they told me this store made me pay for a phone that was ALREADY PAID OFF. They also told me I would get an extra 200$ credit on my account if I got a phone case with my new phone. That also never happened. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!!!
