I found out upon checkout that a simple screen protector was costing me $60. The salesman said that the protector had a free replacement warranty but he didn't give me any paperwork or say that I had to register the purchase. Well I cracked the protector within about 6 weeks and came back to the store to require about getting a new protector. The employee said that I had to register the product and request a refund from the manufacturer. Needless to say i wasn't about to waste more money buying another one. The phone purchase process took almost 3 hours since there was only one employee in the store due to two others calling in sick that day. There was also a person from corporate who showed up who interrupted the process with several requests from the only employee. I don't plan on going back.
