I had the pleasure of being helped by Michael G at the Verizon Corporate Store in Stockton yesterday, and I can’t say enough about the level of professionalism, care, and compassion he showed.
He assisted me with a billing matter and a sensitive personal situation that required extra attention and understanding. Michael went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly, with patience, empathy, and respect. He truly made me feel heard and valued as a customer.

Be very careful! This is NOT a Verizon store! This is a private company and they only want to sell you devices and get commission off contracts you sign they are not Verizon. They sold my business location internet and that area does not get reception for the service they sold us but they still expect us to pay for it! From the first month we had to call tech support so many times as we could not get the wifi to work to run credit cards and our other systems. We just kept being told it would work. The store just kept telling us to move the modum around. It took 5 months for them to admit the they do not get wifi service in our location. Eddie, the manager of this store on pacific promised us he would resolve this. He agreed that he sold us a product that does not work. We believed he would handle it. We had to get wifi from another provider and just kept waiting for Eddie to resolve this. Lots of extra work for me but I felt it would all get resolved as he kept telling me it would and that we would get out refund. But nothing has happened and we are a year in now....... After Eddie promised us he would get us out of the contract since they could not provide the service he completely dropped off. He no longer answered any messages or calls. After many hours on the hold with the real Verizon they told us we will not only not be getting any kind of refund as we are in a contract for this internet and that we also need to pay a buy out for getting out of the contract early. We never wanted out. we just the service to work. If you go into the pacific location they just shrug their shoulder and say we can give Eddie your message..... I was not told they are not Eddie's secretary but will tell him...... be very very careful getting any products here! They are a third party company and are all about sales and making the sale thats it. Even if they can not provide the service they will sell you on it and once you are in that contract they get their commission and you are no longer their problem. We also received the wrong order on a iwatch and they did not resolved that either. We are out $600 so far on this internet bill and now we are being told we have to pay a buy out fee as well or continue to pay $50 a month for a service that doesnt work. its crazy! Dont give this store your money. go strait to Verizon if you want Verizon service.

Came in with my mom to add two lines onto my sisters account. Met with Michael at the front who I 100% recommend to anyone that isn't tech savvy or really know anything about phones or phone plans in general. My mom isn't the smartest and asked a million questions and he patiently answered all of them even when I got frustrated. His customer service is outstanding, very respectful, has manners and well educated. Will be going back and staying with Verizon because of him. 10/10 experience⭐️
