  Guys please do not buy any phone from them!! My husband bought Iphone 17 pro max from them and it was unbox because my husband wants to give a gift to me. When I opened that box and becuase that was e-sim and I was just started doing setting first and when i looked back on the phone there was stractes. and on the same time my husband went to store and informed them then they denied to do replacement or refund. Supervisor is so rude... Also, additionly my husband bought the insurance with iphone but still they denied to return or refund. Please be aware. Also, they said it cannot possible because its apple company and they said we have to go apple store to refix this. what a bullshit.

  The employees at this store helped me two days in a row with an issue that didn’t root out of their store. Both days the 3 employees that helped me resolve my issue went above and beyond the call of duty. The customer service is very impressive. Had already had a rough morning but their help with my issue ended my day on a positive note. Thank you.

He assisted me with a billing matter and a sensitive personal situation that required extra attention and understanding. Michael went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly, with patience, empathy, and respect. He truly made me feel heard and valued as a customer.   I was having issues with my phone and thankfully Rod took care of the phone. I was in the store and out within 6 minutes or so. Thank you for the great courteous and quick service.
