  I was there to activate my old iPad mini. To do so I needed to reset my password. It took some time. These people, first with David and later with Jaime were very considerate, helpful and patient with me. Thank you so so much for Your efforts!

  Unprofessional, poorly trained, incompetent staff members who are unable to take accountability for their mistakes. Instead would like to point the finger at Apple. You make appointments to pick up repaired items that they state are fixed and ready just for them to wait until you get to the appointment to tell you they do not have all the parts. How about you state that over the phone and say we will give you a call when the repair in it’s entirety has arrived. If you have Apple products just take it to Apple yourself or go to a Best Buy in another city because Best Buy Stockton can’t handle the complex issue of communication. Waste of time and energy.
