  I had the pleasure of being helped by Ary for buying computer and she is incredible and so knowledgeable. This was my second time working with her, and she is consistently patient and truly helps from the heart. It is easily the best service I have ever received at a Best Buy. If you need help, look for Ary—she actually cares about getting it right for the customer!"

  This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at Best Buy. Sam and Chandler on Pacific Ave were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient from start to finish. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain my options clearly, and made sure I felt confident about my purchase instead of rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about helping customers and take pride in what they do. Because of them, I’ll definitely be coming back to this location. Huge thanks to both of them for the excellent service.

  They sure have calmed down asking me if I need help I remember going in there and they would ask me about 105 time by the time I got out

  They had what I was looking for but had to wait about 10 minutes or so for someone to open the cabinet and ring me up. This time was normal but I've had times where I left because of waiting so long.
