Went in to get a printer and was overwhelmed by the number of options. The employee Natalia, saw I needed help and assisted. She was very helpful explaining the different models, prices, return policy and price matching for Black Friday. She was efficient and I am grateful for her help With completing my purchase today.

don't trust The geek squad guys they will prejudge you they looked at me and said we don't have insurance anymore and made up a whole story about how Best buy had canceled all their insurance for the phones I ended up having to buy two phones that was almost 900 bucks and guess what they still had insurance

Best Buy is nickel n diming every penny they can. I recently when in to buy a microwave and they wouldn't let me purchase it without also buying insurance. Bad business practices.
