  The staff here is always great, so 5 stars to them. I gave 1 star because their phone AI system is terrible. When it doesn't understand me, it hangs up on me instead of transferring me to an actual person. I don't have a store local to me / this is the closest location for me to visit. I don't want to drive all the way here to ask a question or find out for what I am looking is not in stock or not a service offered. I am not interested in talking to a robot.

  I had an amazing experience at Best Buy thanks to Jagvir Singh. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient with me.Jagvir took the time to explain all my options and made sure I found exactly what I needed. Truly a fantastic customer service experience. I highly recommend him.

  They have Jaime in Geek Squad really helpful guy kind and patient. They also have this Mexican young lady, really mindful and kind on sales

  It started okay, then at the end when it was about to close, employees are immature, disrespectful and have terrible customer service. A male shouted out, "yes, 2 minutes til we close doors." The group of employees just standing there chit chatting 30 minutes before its closed. No wonder best buys are closing, no wonder. Like we were on our way out, ans they made small talk rushing us. Terrible location.
