  Called customer service 3 times over teo days to try to reach the store to ask about an item - Store would not answer the phone when CS called repeatedly. Finally CS said the store would call me back within 24 hours and guess what? No call. Do they want to make a sale? of course not. Why make money when you can Not communicate. I’m expected to drive 3 hours to the location to verify something because nobody can do their job. Too much to ask. Clearly the priority is to avoid talking to people at all costs including sales and that works great for them because theyre a monopoly for the product. Bravo you lost a sale and Yes I know you dont care.

  I had an excellent experience at the newly opened Best Buy store in Confederation Mall, Saskatoon. The store is clean, modern, well-organized, and has a great selection of electronics and accessories. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help without being pushy. They answered all my questions and made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. It's great to have a Best Buy location in the west side of the city. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding customer service. Wishing the team continued success!

  Amazing customer service and a welcoming team! I felt like a priority from the moment I walked in until I checked out. The staff were friendly, took the time to help, and genuinely wanted to find the right products for me instead of just trying to make a sale. I also liked that there was security at the entrance, which made me/ the store feel safe. Overall, it was a really great shopping experience! Totally recommend! 10/10

  Won't buy from here again. A few years ago I bought a predator Orion gaming pc and paid for 4 years insurance on it. Well about a year after buying it, I had a house fire and the pc was destroyed, I reached out to them about the insurance and they said it isn't covered for fire. That was 400 dollar insurance so what did it cover...
