  The customer service guy was so rude. I tried to cancel my phone protection plan, but he was no help at all. He kept telling me to do it online, even though I’d already tried several times and the website wasn’t working. I don’t know his name but he was at customer service alone at 1:40 p.m. today.

  Extremely poor experience and complete misuse of a deposit system. I used to recommend this location to everyone because I bought my phone here last year with zero issues, but this recent visit was completely unacceptable. We placed an order for an iPhone 18 Pro Max and paid a deposit specifically to put the device on hold. While we were out of town, we missed a couple of phone calls. When we returned and reached out, we were informed that our phone had been sold, but that they would prioritize us as soon as the next shipment arrived on Thursday. We waited until Thursday as instructed, but received no call or update. When I went into the store in person to inquire, the staff member claimed they had called us twice without response, so they sold ,making it sound like it was entirely our fault, even though we had already communicated that we would be back on Monday to pick it up. To make matters worse, the explanation kept changing: at one point, I was told the phone had an issue and needed to be sent back, but when I reminded them that we paid a deposit to reserve it, they dismissed it by saying the deposit was refundable anyway. What is the point of accepting a customer's deposit to hold an item if you sell it out from under them while changing your story? I don’t blame the front-line staff—this is clearly a management and policy system failure. Terrible customer service and zero accountability.

  Worst customer service ever. Absolutely no help and told me to look online AFTER I told them I had LOOKED ONLINE and had a few questions about a specific product… as someone who has worked in customer service for multiple years, this is unacceptable and embarrassing and I think some staff need to be reviewed. I then asked about a different product and the staff member had to look it up. Please ensure your staff members actually know about the products they are selling and aren’t hired just to stand around and avoid customers as if they are “busy” doing absolutely nothing.

  I went in to get a new phone and trade in my iPhone 15 Pro Max. The employee told me the trade-in value was $130 because of scratches. I checked a couple of other stores in the mall with same carriers and was offered $540-$580, so I traded it in there. The guy basically didn't want to sell me a phone and wouldn't even explain the new plans and any deals. Very disappointed.

  I bought a TV from Best Buy on 8th Street and Hassan was the advisor who helped me. He was very knowledgeable, and patient. He listened to my needs and budget, recommended the best TV for me, and explained everything clearly, including why it was the best choice for my needs. I really appreciated his excellent customer service and would definitely recommend Hassan to anyone looking for a TV.
