  I want to like them but they have issues. If you walk into the store without needing help you will have “sales associates” swarming you, but if you walk in needing actual help good luck!! Currently have a product that they couldn’t ship to me because they told me only to use my street address if it was something big like a TV, it wasnt, it was a headset. They sent it purolator which of course didn’t work. I have followed everything they told me to do, and its almost 3 weeks later and I am starting to think I will never receive this item. If they last much longer it will be a surprise.

  The bestbuy employees are not helpful, they kept Chatting and ignore me. The employees i asked for help, they are not supportive at all. And the cashier Greeta, she's terrible at her job. I had to repeat my words 4 times. And when it came to entering my email, it took us like 10 mins just for her to get it right (i had to even type in my phone my email cause she couldn't hear me well though i repeated many times)

  I took my computer in yesterday morning to have it cleaned. I was told it would take a day. It is now day two in the evening so I called to check on the status of my computer. They told me they would not speak to me on the phone because I do not have a tag number. It was not the store but it was a 1-800 number at a call center. I spend $266.18 per year for Geek Squad service and they don't think that that is worth a conversation on the phone to check on the status of my computer. What is this world coming to? For this reason I would not recommend The Geek Squad for the service unless you're willing to pay just as you go in because 266 for not even a phone call back the courtesy of a phone call is absolutely ridiculous! Now I must drive across the city to check the status of my computer because they said I have to go in person even though it may not even be ready.

  Replaced my brand new tv with a more expensive one. It was broken during an altercation in my home. The man at customer service could tell I was going through it and I was carrying a tv around with my 2 infants. He not only discounted the price difference but came across the counter and gave me a hug. Single best stranger interaction I've ever had. God bless that man

  I had a great experience at the Meta Glasses section today. The staff member ( Brodie) who assisted me was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to explain all the features clearly, answered all my questions without rushing, and helped me choose the right option based on my needs. What really stood out was his friendly attitude and genuine willingness to help, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find such dedicated customer service these days. Highly recommend visiting this section if you’re interested in Meta glasses—great service makes a big difference!
