- AAAyBee-56Aug 4, 20261.0On the 2nd of August I went to Geeks quad services to get help fixing my sons phone, the person who helped was a wearing black framed glasses male who didnt seem to know much of what he was doing. He assisted me on placing a service request online using my own cell and i paid 222.00. He put an order of a cracked broken screen when that wasnt the case, my sons phone charger was the problem so I didnt need the service request anymore, went back there today and asked how can I get reimbursed, the guy at customer service said that I couldn't get one, so I left upset. Went on the website Chat to ask for help and that didnt work, they gave me a number, so I called that number and they were able to FINALLY help me appropriately to get my money back after being on the phone for 35min. Even though I got my sons cell from BestBuy, I will not be going back for anything else again. They're good at selling stuff but do not help very good with customer service and paying back for services not done, in store.
