- RNRyan NongOct 26, 20251.0The lack of help from the employees at this location is unbelievable. I know it’s Simi Valley, which isn’t exactly known for great service, but this was next level. When I came in, I basically had to sell the phone to myself. If I hadn’t done my own research about my trade-in offer, I wouldn’t have gotten anything for it. Something feels off when employees try to confuse you, push add-on services you’ve already declined, make the process unnecessarily difficult, and then make you wait 20 minutes for a phone “in the back.” On top of that, it was uncomfortably hot inside—no AC. Overall, definitely not worth saving a bit on taxes. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

- DFDavid FrostSep 8, 20251.0Absolutely horrible. Joe the “manager” explained that I can sign up for their top tier plan and get a BYOD credit if I include a secondary line in the plan. It worked out to be cheaper monthly that way supposedly. After giving the EMEI of my old device as a trade in I signed up. First bill comes, and it’s nearly double what they told me. I called Verizon and they reached out directly to commission-based Joe. He denied ever saying any of it. Verizon is reaching out to his supervisor. Complete joke. Avoid as they will say what is needed to get their pay check bonus.
