    I came to this location on Friday 13th with frustration of my old phone that kept restarting. As soon I walk in I was greeted by one of the managers and told me someone will assist me. Soon after David came to assist me and answered all my questions. He was patient and answered all my questions. He helped set up my phone. Thank you David for your excellent customer service. I think I probably spent close to 3 hours or more due to my old phone kept restarting itself and we have no control over it. All the staff here go above and beyond with their customer service.

    I stopped into the Simi Valley Verizon corporate store on Black Friday. The store was packed, busy, and moving with constant traffic, but even in the middle of all that, the service we received stood out in the best way. Edgar went above and beyond to support me during a complicated situation that had carried over from phone support. He stepped in, guided me through what I needed, and stayed with me until everything was resolved. His patience, integrity, and calm professionalism made all the difference, especially in a moment where the situation could have gone the opposite direction. He truly shined, even while juggling a full store and assisting other customers. Robbie was also wonderful and helped us with my son’s phone with the same level of care and friendliness. Between the two of them, we felt valued, supported, and taken care of, not rushed, not brushed off, but helped thoroughly. Edgar is a standout employee and a real asset to Verizon. His ethics, clarity, and commitment to doing right by the customer left a lasting impression. We walked out grateful and confident we were in the right hands. I am happy to have a Verizon corporate store with great employees who can provide full-service support right here in our community.

    The lack of help from the employees at this location is unbelievable. I know it’s Simi Valley, which isn’t exactly known for great service, but this was next level. When I came in, I basically had to sell the phone to myself. If I hadn’t done my own research about my trade-in offer, I wouldn’t have gotten anything for it. Something feels off when employees try to confuse you, push add-on services you’ve already declined, make the process unnecessarily difficult, and then make you wait 20 minutes for a phone “in the back.” On top of that, it was uncomfortably hot inside—no AC. Overall, definitely not worth saving a bit on taxes. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

    My husband died three weeks ago. I am trying to add his number to my phone. I cannot. I have tried EVERYTHING with this company. I am going around in circles and no one knows enough to help me. I am beyond angry……this should not happen…..but I guess it’s Verizon’s policy to beat up on widows.
