Paid nearly $400 for a simple fix that could be about $100 (I researched afterward). They didn't even fix it at all. NOT ONE THING WAS FIXED.

Best Buy has changed its policy's. No contact with store to get updates and was frustrating. Waited to pick up my computer an extra day as I made appointment to understand what was done and the man read the printed paper to me and was not in the least interested in explaining anything.. Dont make appointment waste of time! They no longer care about customer service. I feel it is a corporate decision and stores must follow.They had superior service for years.
