Management sucks not helpful at all. I don’t like leaving reviews but honestly I felt the need too after my experience. I wanted assistance with my laptop but the geek squad member was apparently new and had”no authorization or knowledge to do anything”. I was told my only recourse was to return my item and so I tryed but was told I couldn’t despite buying the item a day before

I don't write reviews often, but my friend and I both had negative experiences with returns at this location. My friend tried to return an unopened laptop box that was shipped to their house, but they refused to accept it, despite Best Buy's policy of accepting returns in store.
I tried to return a laptop that I had bought the previous day, and was denied the return for having been flagged for making too many returns in the past (I had tried out 3 or 4 different laptops about a year ago before settling on one, but the motherboard shorted on me, so I was in the market for a new one). They said I could try returning it at the original Best Buy I had purchased it at.
I thought "ok, I'll pick up the other laptop I wanted to try and return this one to the original location later", but when I tried to buy the laptop, the manager came out and told me that they wouldn't sell me anything because of my account having been flagged for the return history.
I asked what I should do, and he said I could call customer service. I did so in the store, and the agent I spoke to told me my account didn't have any "flag" on it and asked to speak to the manager that told me this.
I brought my phone to the manager and told him, and he said he couldn't talk to the agent. I asked the agent if it was standard to them to talk to the in store managers and salespeople and they said it was, and it was very strange that he wasn't willing to talk to them. Then they recommended I go to a different Best Buy to purchase the product I wanted.
I think the manager had some stats they're trying to boost by not accepting returns. I was a paying Best Buy Plus member too. I typically don't write reviews, but this experience left me with a very sour taste. I haven't had an issue at any other Best Buy. Be very wary when visiting this one.

Be very careful with their no interest credit card. i made minimum payments and forgot to pay off a small amount in time because they never sent any statements i owed $6k for something that costs $2200. never again will i patron best buy. As soon as i sent the following letter suddenly the statement showed up in my mail box.
Dear Citibank,
I am writing to dispute a billing error under the Fair Credit Billing Act. I did not receive a statement for this account. As a result, the account accrued deferred interest and then began to revolve without my knowledge at the time.
I have made consistent payments since September 2022 through the present totaling $3,586 dollars. Your failure to provide monthly statements on a revolving credit account constitutes a billing error under the FCBA. I am requesting that Citibank remove all deferred and accrued interest that resulted from the lack of proper billing statements.
Please provide the accurate principal balance so that I can promptly resolve the account.
If Citibank does not follow FCBA procedures, I will refer this matter to my attorney and pursue all available legal remedies.
I expect written acknowledgment of this dispute within 30 days of receipt and a full response within 90 days, as required by law. While the investigation is pending, please refrain from assessing further interest or fees related to the disputed amounts and suspend any negative credit reporting tied to them.

bought brandnew smart watch from samsung to pick up at this best buy location, but they give us open box, when we ask why they give us open box they dont answer and just went return proccess that takes a week to refund the money .
and we ask if they can just give the brandnew at that time. they decline, because we order at samsung online ,
and samsung online store doesnt sell openbox
this store is fishy.

I placed an order from Samsung website and chose this location for pick up. When I got my order, I noticed it's an Open Box (returned). I went back to let them know I didn't get an Open Box, I ordered a Brand New item. Which I am thinking how can they give me an Open Box (returned) when I ordered from Samsung and they don't have Open Box at Samsung website. They didn't give me any answer as to why it is an Open Box and they also told me they can't exchange it to a Brand New one since I ordered through Samsung. So they process a return instead and now I have to wait for the refund before I can reorder again. Definitely will not choose this location again for pick up.
