    All I wanted to do is replace a smashed earbud but Apple wouldn’t do me the honor until the next available appt...in two days. Unless! I wanted to come in first thing in the morning and wait on standby. I’d been flirting with the idea of switching back to an iPhone; this was a helpful reminder of Apple’s signature arrogance. They are as arrogant to customers as they are to the developers who build software that runs on overpriced machines. I suppose user error is the root cause of my flattened bud.I dropped the case, and a bud zipped into the street at speed undetectable by human eyes. All airpod users are aware of the undocumented “spontaneous ejection” feature. Naturally, I should have conducted an immediate earbud inventory before allowing this little white overpriced work of art be flattened by a car. If only someone would make earbuds with similar controls I could finally free myself from the tyranny of Apple for good.

    Excellent services! Although they couldn’t fix my computer, they suggested I send it out to be repaired. Instead I decide to just buy a new one with Apple Card. It made the most sense and its interest free. Thanks!
