My AirPods had issues. I had to come back two times after the product was sent to repair center. Even though they couldn’t fix the issue they did everything in their power to avoid replacing my brand new AirPods. Shame on Apple for having such warranty process.

1 1/2 hours before I could be seen. Instead of just buying new AirPods and working an extra hour, I came to replace them because they had broken after 2 months. I lost money… buying new AirPods would have been 20$ cheaper than wasting all this time..

Very bad customer service. Guy spoke with me, I told him that I need Headphones, he forgot about me and start support another customer… Extremely wierd
