    Over the past nine years I've gone into the store three times to try to resolve issues with my phone or with my service. All three times after enduring snotty attitude and no results I've had to leave that store and go to the Santa Rosa store where my problems were easily and quickly resolved. On the upside, it's easy to park.

He took the time to set up my phone and made a process that could have been painful, painless.
