Deven is incredible and although you don’t need an appointment it is worth a call to see when he will be there to help you with new setups or troubleshoot. Very patient for those who aren’t tech savvy but also amazing for people like my husband who is an IT expert. very rare to find a combination of patience and IT expertise. The entire location has a great friendly vibe, in contrast to the Capitola branch where I walked in and an employee looked up from his phone and yelled that they weren’t taking walking and to make an appointment online! (No other customers were in the store-just employeees glued to their phones. GREAT SERVICE at Scott’s Valley! THANKS DEVEN!!!
