We switched carriers from Verizon so we were in there yesterday to pay off all of our final stuff. Kaleb, our salesperson was extremely helpful and kind. He was very knowledgeable and stood up for us when we were being charged for the service we no longer had.

Purchased a smart watch and had FedEx deliver it to the Santee location. The first guy couldn't find it in the back. Then asked me 3 times what name was it under. Then another person came to help and asked me for my name. He also couldn't find the package in the back. It took 20 mins to find my package. Gave me the watches and the assoc said thanks and bye. Didn't bother to tell me how to set it up. So I had to ask. It's like they were being bothered and didn't want to help.

I brought my phone in for trade in and was told it had $0 trade in value but could open a new line to get a free upgrade. Associate never showed me the tablet showing the trade in value and only verbally told me what my options were. Very pushy to open new line. Went home and plugged in my phone information and actually got $600 trade in value.
