I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and professionalism at the Verizon store in Santee. We were given clear verbal assurances about the plan details and coverage at the time of sign-up, and based on those representations, we proceeded with the agreement. Shortly afterward, the billing and terms did not match what was promised. When we returned to resolve the issue, we were informed that the employee and manager who handled our account were no longer available, and we were asked to prove what we had been told. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. I request a formal review of our account, correction of the billing to reflect the original agreement, and a more responsible approach to customer service going forward.

Extremely disappointed with this Verizon store in Santee. We agreed to the service based on clear representations made on the first day, yet we were later charged more than what was originally stated. This is a serious breach of trust and reflects deeply misleading business practices. Such conduct appears deceptive and exploitative, as it gives the impression that customers are being induced to sign up under one understanding and then billed differently afterward. This is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable for a company that expects customers to rely on its commitments. If this matter is not corrected promptly, I am fully prepared to pursue any lawful action necessary to protect my rights as a consumer.

I’m very disappointed with the Verizon store in Santee. We were offered four lines for $180 per month including iPhones for the first year, and $200 after that with everything included. Based on that promise, we signed up. Later, our bill increased to about $264 without a clear explanation. When we went back, we were told the manager and employee who helped us no longer work there and were asked for proof. Even after giving the manager’s name, no real effort was made to resolve the issue. They also promised very high internet speed, but in many areas of San Diego the service doesn’t work and the speed drops to zero. This feels unprofessional and misleading. I would not recommend Verizon.

Very disappointed with the Verizon store in Santee. We were promised a deal for four lines for $180 per month including iPhones for the first year, and $200 after that with everything included. Based on that clear promise, we agreed and signed up. Later, our bill suddenly increased to around $260 per month without proper explanation. When we went back to the store and asked for the manager and the employee who made the contract, we were told they no longer work there and were asked to provide proof. We even gave the manager’s name and they said he moved to another store instead of helping resolve the issue. This situation feels extremely unprofessional and misleading. Increasing a customer’s bill beyond the agreed amount and then having no accountability when staff leave is not acceptable. It gives the impression that customers are being taken advantage of. I would not recommend Verizon unless they fix the billing issue and refund the overcharges.

This is a corporate store and I expected better service and knowledge of their products and what Verizon offers. I have been to this store many times in the last year today was just the icing on the cake with the management here at this store. The first visit they told me they could not help me and I would need to just get a new line if I want a new phone. I had to go out of state while on vacation and on a whim to visit another corporate office and they found out thw issue and found a way to help. Recently I went in wanting to use insurance on my kids phone but I was told I can only have three line at a time. When I went into the store the gentleman there said I should have no issue all phones were insured. Which was not the case with the policy. I went in again when I had time because I wanted to understand and talk about the bill and insurance options and the nice new hire was willing to help. But the lady manager today 2/7/26 walked next to her while helping us and said just give her the customer service number. She did and apologized because that is what her manger wanted her to do. So we sat on the phone with customer service talking over our plan while on the phone with them they where telling me we should go to a corporate store they would sit there and help us and walk us through. We told them we are at a corporate store and the dead silence and suggested perhaps another store or they can call them back. Unless they change there ways at this store. I would suggest not going here for anything unless you have an easy drop off or pick up. The service sucks and the people have no idea what they are talking about and their management does want them to help you either.
