    I went to this store regarding a rapidly developing legal case with a rogue Verizon store going against Verizon corporate policies and this store, along with corporate Verizon, will do absolutely nothing to help. This entire case takes place at the Verizon store in Alpine California. I got scammed out of over 450 USD. I went in and picked up a "free" phone on black Friday, which had a sales tax of 350USD with an additional payment of 250USD, which was stuck in the must expensive data plan they had at 80USD a month. Then they literally manually typed in the wrong phone number into the phone, which was an existing number that belonged to a random person in Colorado. For 2 weeks they failed to change the number back to my own number, despite me coming in on 4 separate occasions. So I decided to just return the phone since I didn't have faith that they could fix the problem and despite having their billing department on the line assuring me that I was absolutely gonna get an almost full refund, they said I would only get 40USD back. The phone was undamaged and returned with all cables and the official Verizon billing and refund department says that NO STORE requires the original packaging of the product to receive a full refund. As long as the device and cables are returned within 30 days of purchase undamaged, you are owed a refund. It has been over a month and I have received 0 money back. I also returned a 50USD wireless charger which was in its original packaging and had all its original items inside, and I got 0 dollars back. Despite returning it within 13 days of purchase, in its original box undamaged with all items. The staff are inexperienced, incompetent, and they even took personal offense at me wanting a refund on a faulty product and told me to "watch myself" implying that something bad would happen to me. I don't even know where to start with this whole thing, but yeah, be careful and remember, other Verizon corporate stores won't help you because this independent store has their own policies.

    I find that people have complained about staff a few times but I have found staff to always be very helpful. Only issue - the stores are so popular that you have to wait 30-40 minutes. They need to hire more people.

    This store has always had the worst customer service and it still continues to this day, my Dad and I went in to find out how to cancel a service and as usual were told to wait. As we were waiting other people came in after us and also checked in just like we did and at least one from that group were taken ahead of us because they were buying phones. So after the long wait we were told we can’t help you you have to call customer support, why did they make us wait if that was going to be the answer because I explained why we were there. I avoid going to this Verizon store because of how you get treated, I have been to many other Verizon stores where they have taken the time to make the call for me to handle the situation but that will NEVER happen at this store.

    We switched carriers from Verizon so we were in there yesterday to pay off all of our final stuff. Kaleb, our salesperson was extremely helpful and kind. He was very knowledgeable and stood up for us when we were being charged for the service we no longer had.
