- DPDemi PikeMar 15, 20263.0They are nice enough. The vet is knowledgeable enough and explains things throughly and you can tell that they genuinely care about what they do. You will not be seen on time and the staff doddles. You will wait in the lobby well past your appointment time then wait in a back room for another extended period of time. The vet will come in and do their examine and then you will wait again. Even a routine vet tech appointment will easily be over 40mins long. I appreciate that they text and follow up and are flexible with scheduling - but the time management is a significant opportunity. Even just checking out took over 20mins today. There is no real Sense of urgency but they are kind people and you can tell they love what they do.
