- KWKat M WoodrichFeb 11, 20265.0As a first time adult pet owner, I felt so lost and unsure about what to do and how to make sure my new fur baby is healthy and stays healthy. i’m a person who normally struggles with a lot of anxiety and dealing with vet visits are no longer a thing i’m anxious with. After my second visit with them, I decided to do the care plan. Although it might be pricier than some and less than others, for my new puppy who needs regular visits and all her shots and visits. I find it now a great deal, convenient and think it’s worth. Hanna, Julie and Dr Dottie have all been amazing and so helpful and supportive. They are also sweet, informative and answers my many questions. Plus there is a VCA app that I can reach out to someone if I had questions or concerns after hours which has been nice and so helpful in the beginning. Plus Cinnamon is always happy to see them and is happy after the visits as well. It really feels like they are my support system and it makes this new experience for me so much easier.

- TEThomas EamesDec 4, 20251.0This hospital is extremely expensive and I was treated poorly, not listened to and told awful things about the breed of dog I had. They will drug your annimal and send you home with as many medicines as they can. Be warned if you can take your animal somewhere else, do so.
