- DADonald AjelloNov 13, 20251.0Had terrible experience of a unknowledgeable Geek Squad representative in Santa Rosa, Ca. Problem with a stuck power off button on cell phone. It ended up being a simple fix with a button replacement at $62.00. He said there was no option to retrieve info from phone if he could not get it to home screen. I was going to lose all data on this phone. He never told me I could get a switch replaced which would have been a simple answer and cost. He said that it would take $6000 to get any info off phone. What a derogatory jerk he turned out to be along with his stupidity. I was lucky enough to go to Samsung support and get the location of a helpful repair shop. Watch out for a character with long black hair an beard. More like the Creep Squad
